Winter shopping ideas from Namaste

A winter chill is in the air. So we decided to share our shopping list for keeping warm, with some of the trendiest warmest items at Namasté at Noordhoek Farm Village. What’s on your winter wish list to look good and keep warm?

  1. Snoods – a modification of the ever popular scarf! One of the trendiest winter accessories – a snood is like a cross between a scarf and a hood! Snoods go with so much and make you feel warm and cozy…. Namasté has different colours and styles, from the super soft, velevety  ones for a good evening out to the daily favourite woollen version for work or home ! Price: R220 – R250
  2. Must have winter boots! These Tsonga boots at Namasté are lined with natural wool so it feels like wearing your bedroom slippers out on the town!  They are so comfortable and can double up as indoor or outdoor shoes. Super durable, very warm, with a choice of soft brown suede or black leather. And the Tsonga shoes have a great story of upliftment as they are hand stitched by a community of women in the Zulu Kingdom. A proudly South African heritage and whilst purchasing these boots might feel  insanely extravagant-  your cost to wear ratio will last for many years and it will be a long term bargain! Prices from R850 – R950.
  3. Winter jackets- you just can’t beat these puffy down jackets for staying ultra warm. The hood is faux- fur lined so you could even with stand a blizzard in this winter jacket.  We love that fashion meets function, without breaking the bank either! This jacket in Namasté is priced at R290.
  4. Hooligans Kids Winter Range. As always Hooligans has delivered in all aspects – vibrant colours, fabulously warm fabrics, great artwork and all the items are warm, cuddly, playful and safe! Perfect for chilly African days yet warm enough for cold winters world wide. The Hooligans winter range at Namasté include fleece babygrows, leggings, tracksuit pants, jackets and tops for kiddies and babes. Prices vary.
